Mr. Strickland thank you! I was a professional salesperson for three months. I sold automobiles and what I was asked to do did not mesh with my personal morals. This experience really turned me off to being a salesperson. However I find that everyday life is sales, in one fashion or another. I still try and stay up on sales. I really like the book's emphasis on first being a servant to others and help them get what they need. Also social networking in this day and age is a must to advance your career in sales. Great book for the sales person to use. This is a very practical book with easy to understand steps you can do you get more meetings with your prospects without picking up the phone. It is a quick easy read with things you can put into practice right away. This will be a book I will reference on a regular basis so that I can internalize its principles. I highly recommend it.
